Southern Dunes residents
Part of being a resident in the Southern Dunes Golf Course Community gives you the opportunity to join Southern Dunes Golf Course at special pricing. These rates below are valid only for Southern Dunes residents . The golf season starts January 1, 2008 and ends December31, 2008.
Single Membership $1100.00*
Couple Membership $1300.00*
Family (4 max) $1600.00*
Cart Fees for 2008 $7.50 9 Holes $15.00 18 holes or (unlimited daily play)
* A $100.00 discount will apply if paid before March 1, 2008.
Cart Inclusive Membership (New for 2008!!)
Single $1900.00*
Couple $2300.00*
* A $200.00 discount will apply if paid before March 1, 2008.
Amenities:
+ Driving Range Access (2 tokens per day) ** subject to water levels!!!
+ Membership to the Pool and Tennis Club (Pool application required)
+ Use of the workout facility located within Southern Dunes Golf Course.
+ 15% Discount on all Pro-Shop Merchandise. (Southern Dunes Only)
+ USGA GHIN Handicap.
+ $25.00 Greens Fees/Cart Fees at other RN Thompson Golf Properties anytime.
(must have Member Card available contact golf pro for arrangements. )
+ There will only be one prorate opportunity 50% at July 1, 2008.
+ There will be no monthly payments all payments are due in full.
